Running a company in Morocco involves unique operational friction. Tax regulations under Article 145 of the CGI require strict 15-digit ICE verification, multiple VAT tiers, and spelled-out Dirham totals. On top of that, local B2B clients rarely check email attachments; they expect formal quotes, delivery slips, and invoices sent directly to WhatsApp.
We built Fintelio to automate this entire workflow:
• Compliant Invoices & Quotes: Automatic Moroccan VAT breakdowns (20%, 14%, 10%, 7%, 0%, Art. 91) and instant quote-to-invoice conversion.
• Logistics & Purchasing: Delivery Notes (BL) with customer sign-off, Purchase Orders (BC), and Goods Receiving Notes (BR).
• Ledger-Based Stock: Real-time inventory tracking updated automatically by deliveries and supplier receipts.
• 1-Click WhatsApp Delivery: Generates crystal-clear vector A4 PDFs and opens a direct chat with your customer's Moroccan (+212) number.
• Built on Next.js 15, Convex real-time backend, and Clerk authentication.
To support the local community, we also launched 5 free standalone tools, including a Moroccan VAT calculator and an ICE validator.
