We’re building Finitezen AI because recruitment teams spend so much time on repetitive work — screening resumes, emailing candidates, following up for missing information, collecting documents, and scheduling initial interviews.
We wanted to see what would happen if an AI agent could handle the hiring workflow instead of simply helping a recruiter with one small task.
With Finitezen AI, you add the job details, and the agent can source resumes from connected email accounts, shortlist candidates, contact them to collect required information, request documents, and conduct AI-powered first-round interviews.
We’ve also built AI resume search, resume storage, and email-related tools for recruiters who want more direct control.
We’re still improving the product, and our early-access feedback is helping us decide what to work on next.
