FindOurTime
Private group scheduling, without the endless back-and-forth
FindOurTime makes group scheduling simpler, more private, and easier to join. Unlike tools that require accounts or calendar connections, it lets anyone respond through a private link. Time-zone support, 15/30/60-minute slots, on-deviceics conflict checking, ranked overlaps, reminders, finalization, and calendar sharing are built into one focused workflow. It is designed for teams, clients, families, and friends who want smooth coordination without giving up their calendar data or convenience.
I built FindOurTime after repeatedly seeing a simple problem turn into endless messages: “When are you free?”
Most scheduling tools either focus on one-to-one bookings, require accounts, or ask users to connect their calendars. I wanted a simpler and more privacy-conscious approach for groups.
With FindOurTime, an organizer creates a poll, shares a private link, and participants mark their availability without signing up. Time zones are handled automatically, calendar conflicts can be checked from an .ics file processed on the user’s device, and the strongest overlaps are ranked to make the final decision easier.
During development, the project grew from a basic availability grid into a complete scheduling workflow with invitations, reminders, editable responses, meeting finalization, and calendar sharing.
I would really appreciate your feedback—especially on the experience of creating a poll, submitting availability, and choosing the final time.
Love how lightweight this feels, no account walls is such a relief for quick scheduling with people outside my team. One thing I'd love to see is optional polling-style input, like letting respondents mark "morning works" or "after 2pm" when exact slots feel too rigid, then have it auto-narrow down to the best windows. Would save a lot of back and forth with mixed-timezone groups.
Love how the private-link approach skips the usual account setup dance, and that on-device conflict checking is a genuinely thoughtful touch for anyone wary of handing over their calendar.
