We're a small bootstrapped team at Orbitvibe in Dubai. Every event we went to ended the same way: the photographer delivered thousands of shots as one drive link, and almost nobody found the few they were actually in.
We wanted the fix to need zero setup on the night itself, so we started with the poster. FindMe.Pics ships with 80 print-ready QR templates that fill in your event name, brand and QR code for you. Print one, put it on the tables, done.
How it works:
1. Upload photos, even while the event is running. Every face is searchable within seconds.
2. Guests scan the poster and take a selfie in the browser. No app, no account.
3. They get only their photos, full resolution, one tap to save.
Face search raises fair questions, so the limits are part of the product: device-bound signed links (forwarded links return a 404), a live-selfie requirement (searching with someone else's photo is blocked and the organizer is notified), automatic deletion of photos, selfies and face vectors, plus a Remove my face page and a DPA.
