Hey Product Hunt I built Fincta after watching a friend — an independent estate agent on the Costa del Sol — lose a deal she'd spent weeks working on. She'd met the buyer at a viewing, things looked promising, and then six weeks passed. No follow-up. The buyer went cold and signed with someone else. She wasn't disorganized. She just didn't have the right tool. Her agency's CRM required training she never had time for. Spreadsheets don't send reminders. WhatsApp doesn't tell you when someone's gone cold for 30 days. So I built Fincta around one principle: you should be able to add a client in 20 seconds, from your phone, mid-conversation — and the system should do the follow-up thinking for you. A few things evolved along the way that I didn't expect: → Nationality flags became a core feature. On the Costa del Sol, agents manage buyers from 30+ countries simultaneously. Knowing at a glance that you have 4 British clients, 2 Swedish and 1 German changes how you prioritize your week. → Buyer ↔ property matching came from agents telling me they'd forget which buyer was looking for exactly what a new listing offered. Now Fincta suggests matches automatically. → English support felt optional at first — then I realized most agents in tourist areas of Spain aren't native Spanish speakers.
