Filo rebuilds email as a to-do list. AI clears clutter, turns requests into actionable tasks, and crafts context-aware replies from whole-thread understanding—so you can act, not sift.
This is Justin from Filo. Fed up with an inbox that felt like a second job, we built Filo Mail to do the heavy lifting—and always with your privacy first.
At Filo Mail, our core philosophy is turning your inbox into an actionable to-do list—our powerful AI really “gets” you, auto-labeling tasks and surfacing your next steps so you can focus on doing, not digging.

Here’s what Filo brings to your workflow:
📋 Inbox → To-Do List
AI auto-labels and extracts your next actions so nothing slips through the cracks.
🔍 Global Search & Context
Jump into any thread—Filo “knows” the whole conversation, even across weeks of back-and-forth.
📝 Smart Summaries
One-click highlights surface dates, deadlines, and key decisions.
🌐 In-Mail Translation
Read & reply in any language without leaving your thread.
🤖 Auto-Reply Suggestions
Draft responses in your tone—just tweak and send.
🔒 Privacy-First
End-to-end encryption, no message bodies stored, and AI only works in RAM before wiping data clean.
Over to you: What’s your biggest email headache right now, and which Filo feature would save you the most time? Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! 🚀
This looks like such a clean and thoughtful experience—email can be so overwhelming, and it’s great to see a fresh take that puts simplicity and control first. Big congrats to the team on the launch, and well done!
I have just skimmed the App Store preview and Filo looks like the inbox makeover I’ve been hunting for: Ai automatic “turn this email into a to-do” is a huge killer-feature, especially baked into a clean mobile UI. ⚡️
A few thoughts after reading the feature list:
Privacy and storage: are messages processed on-device, or do they route through your cloud first? A line on encryption and retention would help enterprise users breathe easy.
Account coverage: today’s screenshots show Gmail; is generic IMAP or Outlook support on the near-term roadmap? Lots of corporate users still live in Microsoft land.
Task hand-off: any chance of pushing those extracted to-dos into Apple Reminders or Noteplan, or Notion? Keeping a single source of tasks prevents double bookkeeping.
Voice and style learning: smart replies are great, but can Filo adapt to a user’s writing tone over time so the suggestions feel less templated?
Send-later/follow-up nudge: pairing AI drafting with scheduled send and automatic bump reminders would close the loop for sales folks.
Anyway, I love the “noise-free inbox” ethos; hope to insert Filo as the main email tool in my toolbox! 🚀
