I'm excited to announce the official launch of Filerr 🚀
I enjoy staying updated on new companies filing their S-1s to go public but don't love having to check EDGAR manually every day. When I looked for a simple way to get notified about new S-1s, I couldn't find anything, so I decided to solve that problem!
As of now, it's super simple: it just tracks new filings daily and sends a single email with all of the S-1s. There are some other cool features I am working on and excited to share soon but wanted to get this out and hear what feedback & features others would like to see.
