I'm John. I built FileKiln because every free file tool online wanted me to upload my file to their server first. For anything sensitive that's a non-starter, and it's unnecessary. Browsers can do this work locally now.
So FileKiln is 50+ file and text tools that run entirely in your browser. Converters, formatters, generators, that kind of thing. Your files never leave your device, and you can prove it: turn your wifi off and it still works.
