I’m the maker of File Shelf, a minimalist file manager for Android.
I built this because I was frustrated with how cluttered and complicated most file manager apps feel. I just wanted something simple, fast, and intuitive to organize and access my files without unnecessary features getting in the way.
So I focused on:
- Keeping the UI clean and easy to navigate
- Making common actions like organizing, renaming, and sharing files quick
- Avoiding feature overload and sticking to what actually matters
This is my first time launching an app like this, so I’d really appreciate any feedback, especially on usability and anything that feels confusing or missing.
