Honestly, FigShot started from frustration.
Every time I found a UI I liked, I had to take screenshots, jump into Figma, and manually rebuild everything just to get inspired or start faster. That workflow always felt outdated and painfully slow.
So I started building a tool that could turn real websites into editable Figma layouts instantly.
Then it evolved into something bigger.
I kept adding the small utilities designers constantly need during UI exploration:
• Measure tool
• Font inspector
• WCAG contrast checker
• Asset grabber
• Responsive preview
• Eye dropper
The goal was simple:
Reduce the annoying parts of UI research and make designers move way faster.
Would love to hear what features you’d want next.

FigShot was hunted by Rahul Ornob. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
