Hey Product Hunters! 👋 After 8 months of development, we're excited to introduce Figflow on Product Hunt today! 🎉 Figflow was born out of our experience in product design and development. We wanted to solve a common challenge we faced: turning design files into actionable, shareable and useable product backlogs. From there we transformed our own thoughts and ideas into a bold mission to empower product teams to spend less time with time heavy, repetitive tasks and more time on sharing ideas, thoughts and executing on building great products. We're currently still in the early fase of development. Today we're launching our MVP but the roadmap is full of exciting ideas we would love to share with our customers. Our current MVP follows the following features: - Integration with Figma to convert design files into user stories and product backlogs using Figflow AI. - An intuitive conversational interface for writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios and much more with Figflow AI. - AI-powered story point estimation to help with sprint planning and budgeting. - Export options to CSV to fit so you can import it your backlog in JIRA, Trello or any other tool We’re thrilled to share Figflow with you today and would love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Thank you for checking us out and for your support! 🙏🏼

User stories usually come first, then design, but in reality, it’s often the other way around. Love the idea! Congrats on the launch!
How many hours have you saved with this AI sidekick so far? For me, anything >0 is a win 😊
This makes total sense for agency workflows! Having worked with several agencies, I've seen firsthand how the design-first approach is often inevitable when dealing with clients. The real pain point has always been that messy transition from approved designs to actionable dev tasks. If Figflow can streamline that handoff process and help break down designs into proper epics and user stories, that's solving a very real problem. Smart move focusing on the agency use case rather than trying to be everything for everyone. 👍
It would be great if we could sort by specific albums or tags in addition to the monthly view
This is going to allow teams to focus more on refining ideas and less on manual work. @jotam_dveer Keep up the amazing work.
Figflow has really streamlined the way we move from design to development by automatically turning Figma designs into actionable tasks. We're an agency with roughly 50 people. It’s already saved us a lot of time and I couldn't be more happy with the results. So far, it’s been working great and has helped improve our workflow significantly. If you're looking for an efficient way to bridge the gap between design and execution, this is the perfect solution. Great stuff, good luck Figflow-team!
Automating the transition from design to user stories is such a smart way to cut down on repetitive tasks. Great work keep it up.
Good work @jotam_dveer but one thing I noticed, though is that some of the more complex design elements don’t always translate perfectly into user stories.
The ability to turn Figma designs into user stories so quickly is amazing. @jotam_dveer Love the concept keep it up.
This is such a smart tool @jotam_dveer. Figflow is going to be a real time-saver for teams working in Figma. Well done keep it up.
@jotam_dveer good work but i have a suggestion Different teams have different styles and structures, so having that flexibility could make Figflow even more versatile. But overall the idea is brilliant.
Congrats on the launch! How accurate is the AI story point estimation compared to traditional team planning poker? Curious if it takes into account project complexity and team velocity.
Great work @jotam_dveer but i have One suggestion would be to integrate the option to customize the format of the generated user stories. Overall good work.
Shouldn't it be the other way round? Designs tend to get done based off stories created by BAs and stakeholders. Stories provide the problem and designs provide the solution
Congrats on the launch, @jotam_dveer ! Such a cool idea! Must be super helpful for teams :)
