FieldFoxx
Run your service based business from one simple app
Scheduling, dispatch, CRM, quotes, invoicing, and online payments for small lawn care, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning businesses. QuickBooks Online and Mailchimp sync. Weather-day rescheduling with client text or email notices, and skip or pause visits.
I built FieldFoxx because the tools for small lawn care and field service shops felt either too basic or too bloated and expensive. Most of the owners I talked to just wanted to get jobs scheduled, crews out the door, and invoices paid without spending their evenings on admin.
FieldFoxx puts that in one simple app:
Calendar and dispatch: see the whole month, then drag jobs onto your techs, with route-based suggestions for who should take each one
Recurring jobs, plus a one-click Weather Day to move work when it rains
Quotes, invoices, and online card payments
Reports, QuickBooks sync, and Mailchimp sync on every plan
Pricing is simple: $25/mo for up to 3 members, or $99/mo for unlimited members. Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start.
My rule for every feature is that it has to save the shop owner real time, or it doesn't ship. I'd love your honest feedback: what's missing, what's confusing, and what would make you switch. I'll be here all day answering questions.
