Fetchply gives any busy website a support agent that actually knows the site. Add your docs, pages, FAQs, policies, or WooCommerce store content, then let visitors ask questions instead of digging around or waiting for replies. For live answers, Functions can call your own API during the chat, so the bot can check things like order status, stock, bookings, or account info and reply naturally. Built for documentation sites, marketing pages, stores, and large sites where visitors need help fast.
Hello everyone 👋
I’m the founder of Fetchply.
I started building it because I noticed something simple: most websites already have the answers visitors are looking for, but those answers are usually spread across docs, FAQ pages, pricing pages, policies, product pages, and long marketing pages.
So visitors still end up asking support, even when the answer is technically already on the website.
I wanted to make that easier.
With Fetchply, someone can add their website URL, upload files, add Q&A, or paste custom text, and then create an AI support agent trained on that content.
After training, the agent can answer questions about that specific website directly inside a chat widget.
Right now I’m focusing on documentation sites, WooCommerce stores, marketing websites, SaaS sites, and larger websites where visitors often need help finding the right answer.
One feature I’m especially excited about is Functions.
Sometimes a chatbot should not only answer from saved content. It may need live information, like order status, stock availability, booking details, account data, or anything coming from your own system.
Functions lets Fetchply call your API during the conversation, so the agent can give more useful and up-to-date answers instead of only relying on static content.
The goal is not to replace every support conversation. The goal is to handle the repetitive questions instantly, help visitors faster, and make support easier for small teams.
I’ve also added a demo chatbot on the Fetchply website, so you can try asking questions and see how it works.
I’d love your feedback, especially from people running docs sites, WooCommerce stores, SaaS websites, or any website with lots of support questions.
Thanks for checking it out ❤️

Who hunted Fetchply?
Fetchply was hunted by Rana Haroon. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
