We built Ferqon because flashing boards by hand doesn't scale.
A team we know was shipping an RP2040 product — 50 boards, each needing firmware flashed and 12 commands verified. Their process: plug in, flash, open a serial monitor, eyeball the response, log it in a spreadsheet, repeat. Two engineers. Three days. Two boards failed in the field — one from a response that was slightly off-spec, one from the wrong firmware binary. No way to trace what happened.
Ferqon turns that into one click. It's a hardware-in-the-loop testing platform that runs on a Raspberry Pi:
