Feelvu helps you notice your emotional weather in seconds. Check in, journal gently, spot patterns, and turn daily feelings into small next steps without treating self-reflection like a diagnosis.
I built Feelvu because I wanted emotional self-reflection to feel lighter than a clinical tracker and more useful than simply asking "how are you?" every day.
The core idea is simple: your feelings have weather. In a few seconds, you can check in, name what is happening, add context, and slowly build a private picture of your patterns. Feelvu is not a medical product and does not diagnose anything. It is meant to help people notice themselves with more kindness, then choose one small next step.
Longer term, I am also exploring how Feelvu can connect emotional check-ins with PMS and hormonal context through CozyFlow, so feelings can be understood alongside personal rhythm, not in isolation.
I would love feedback on the emotional weather language, the check-in flow, and what would make this feel safe enough to use daily.
