Interesting concept, but are we just rebranding data analysis tools now, everyone says they help you understand data better but do any of them really provide actionable insights or just more numbers to crunch, would love to hear actual user experiences here
I'm not sure if this new product is really worth the hype, I mean, uncovering hidden patterns in feedback sounds neat but isn't it something that most data tools should do already, plus, the idea of relying heavily on AI to make decisions might backfire, cause sometimes human intuition does better than any algorithm, I just wonder if it's another fancy tool that won't really change much in the daily grind
