Most merchants find out a product feed failed only after sales drop or ad spend stops delivering. Products quietly get disapproved, and platforms don't alert you until the damage is done. I built FeedRobin to solve this, plus give stores an easy way into ChatGPT.
1. Free Instant Feed Auditor (No sign-up, no email)
Paste any feed URL — Google XML, comparator XML, or CSV (from Shopify, WooCommerce, or any custom export). You get a 0–100 health score showing which products are affected, sample titles for each issue, and the exact fix.
2. ChatGPT Product Feed (JSONL Beta)
Shopify natively lists US stores in ChatGPT's catalog, but that leaves out three things: non-Shopify platforms, international markets, and OpenAI Ads.
Items stop being recommended if they aren't refreshed within ~14 days. FeedRobin generates the exact JSONL format required and keeps it active: OpenAI can fetch your URL daily, or we push to their SFTP automatically (nightly, or up to 5x a day on paid plans).
How it works under the hood:
- Never stale: Shopify updates reach us immediately via webhooks, and every feed is rebuilt on fetch so ad platforms never see yesterday's prices.
- Failover protection: If your store API times out or your server crashes, FeedRobin keeps serving the last valid snapshot — your ads never see an empty feed.
- Flat pricing: Every channel and format is included on every plan.
