I built FeedbackPilot after seeing how difficult it can be for local service businesses to collect feedback and follow up properly.
A lot of review tools focus mainly on getting more public reviews. I wanted to build something that also helps businesses understand what went wrong, take action, and improve the customer experience before asking for a review.
FeedbackPilot lets businesses create branded feedback forms, collect private feedback after completed jobs, assign follow-up actions, prepare review request drafts, track public reviews, and record testimonial permission.
It started as a simple feedback form and gradually developed into a more complete follow-up system designed specifically for local service businesses.
