Love how the no-login voting still captures identity cleanly, that's a tough UX balance to strike and you nailed it. The auto-notify on shipped requests is such a thoughtful touch too.
One thing I'd love to see is a small embeddable widget for product pages so visitors can submit and upvote ideas without leaving the site. It would make collecting feedback way more natural and probably boost the number of real users weighing in on your board.
