I designed FAVR because I think we've lost the notion of doing stuff for other people that isn't just for the cash. FAVR allows you do help other people, get rewarded and then 'pay' that forward with a simple token system, so we start to build working relationships that care more about our time and commitment to assist others, than our qualifications and social advantages.
