I started intermittent fasting a couple of years ago, but the apps I used frustrated me. They were just basic stopwatch timers that charged a fortune. They ignored the hard parts: late-night cravings and the decision fatigue of what to eat when breaking a fast.
With 20+ years of UX design experience building platforms for millions of users, I wanted to apply my background to solve these exact human struggles.
Faspry has a fridge scanner to generate instant recipes from leftovers, a mini-game to outsmart cravings, and a timer tracking 9 biological phases.
