Hey everyone! 👋 Some of you may remember FamilyBudget.pro from an earlier launch here — a lot has changed since then, so I wanted to share where it's at now.
I built FamilyBudget because existing budgeting apps never fit my workflow, so I created a tool I personally use every day — it's been 10 months now, and it's completely changed how I see my own spending.
What's new since the last time I posted here:
🌍 Global payments — FamilyBudget is now available to subscribe to from anywhere in the world, not just Ukraine
🎙️ Add transactions by speaking or by scanning a receipt photo — AI extracts the amount and category automatically
🏦 Import a bank statement (CSV/XLSX) — AI recognizes and categorizes your transactions, works across different banks and formats
💬 An AI chat that answers real questions about your finances — "how much did I spend on coffee this month," "where can I cut back" — based on your actual data, not just charts
🤝 Shared budgets — track finances together with a partner in real time
📊 10+ analytics charts, reorderable by drag and drop, including a Sankey diagram of your cash flow
