I'm Debasis, a solo indie developer from India ๐ฎ๐ณ
and I built FakeTools to solve a problem I faced
every single day as a developer.
Every time I started a new project, I needed:
โ A disposable email for test signups
โ Fake identity data for database seeding
โ Strong passwords for test accounts
โ UUIDs for API testing
I was either using my real email (bad idea ๐ ) or
spinning up faker libraries just for quick manual
testing. So I built FakeTools โ a free, no-signup
toolkit that solves all of this in seconds.
