Having spent years in recruitment and enterprise sales, I saw firsthand how broken the hiring ecosystem is. Companies were paying 8–10% of CTC to agencies, juggling multiple tools, and still struggling to close roles on time. It didn’t make sense that hiring ,such a critical function was this inefficient and expensive. That gap is what led to EzRecruit.ai.
We focused on three core problems:
• High recruitment costs driven by agency dependency
• Fragmented tools for ATS, sourcing, and outreach
• Slow hiring cycles due to lack of automation and visibility
EzRecruit.ai brings everything into one platform — helping companies hire faster while reducing costs by up to 60–70%.
Initially, we thought we were just building an ATS. But through continuous conversations with clients, we realized the real problem wasn’t tracking candidates , it was actually finding and engaging the right ones efficiently.
So we evolved into a more complete hiring engine: combining ATS, sourcing, and smart outreach. Every feature we built was shaped by real recruiter and client feedback.
