I'm Aleš, a graphics lead and IT admin. For years my team spent hours manually retyping names, numbers and sponsors into dozens of jerseys. A 200-piece order = 4 hours of copy-paste and constant risk of typos.
I tried Illustrator's built-in Variable Data, but hit walls: batch export was missing, special characters broke, per-row graphics were impossible.
So I built exportPDF. You prepare one template, point it at a CSV, and it generates hundreds of print-ready PDFs in minutes. It handles the messy real-world stuff print shops actually hit:
• Automatic diacritics for 10 Central & Northern European languages (incl. Nordic Å, Ø, Æ, Ð, Þ) — even when the font lacks the glyphs
• Graphic numbers from symbols, with logos placed inside the digits
• Optional per-row graphics (sponsor, certificate) straight from the CSV
• Automatic cutting contours for plotters
• Page mode and group mode, 5-language UI (EN/CZ/DE/SK/PL)
