I have been using expense tracker applications for many years and have tried several—some feature-rich, some visually appealing. But none of them fully satisfied me.
After years of searching, I finally settled on one app with a good UI, but it lacked many important features like Google Drive backup, recurring transactions, and subcategory options.
When I decided to build an Android app, the first thing that came to mind was this experience—the gaps and limitations I had faced. So I set out to create something better.
Along the way, I also gathered ideas and improvements by reading user feedback and complaints about similar apps on the Play Store.
And that’s how this expense tracker app came to life.
