I'm Andrii, a developer from Ukraine. I built Excaloricate solo.
My backstory: I used to be into running, then two kids happened and I lost track of my eating completely. There are already a ton of calorie trackers out there, but I wanted a thing of my own, and I really like the cyberpunk and Matrix visual style, so that's what I went with.
It has a cyberpunk HUD interface, phosphor green on near black, closer to a game overlay than a health diary. You log food by photo, audio, or video with your commentary, and you can chat with the AI about your progress, recipes, and food ideas. The AI handles the calories and macros so there's no manual database searching.
It's on iOS and Android, with a free tier. I'd love your feedback, especially on the interface, since that's the part I cared most about getting right.
