EvidenceGrid turns selected research PDFs into an auditable literature review matrix. Define custom extraction fields, verify every claim against an exact quote and page, repair uncertain cells without rerunning the whole workspace, and generate reviewable cross-paper themes, agreements, disagreements, limitations, and gaps. Export reviewed evidence to PDF, Word, Excel, Obsidian, Zotero, or Notion.

Hi Product Hunt, I built EvidenceGrid after seeing researchers repeatedly move findings between PDFs, spreadsheets, Zotero, Word, Notion, and Obsidian while losing the trail back to the source. EvidenceGrid starts after you have selected your papers. You define the research question and extraction fields, upload PDFs, and receive a comparable matrix where every substantive cell retains its exact quote, page, match status, and highlighted source view. Uncertain fields can be reviewed or re-extracted individually. Verified cells then feed a structured synthesis of themes, agreements, disagreements, limitations, and gaps. The goal is simple: make literature review work faster while keeping every claim inspectable. I would love feedback on the verification workflow and the exports you rely on most.
