I'm U.D., the founder of EverUpward.
I built EverUpward after noticing a problem that affected both my own career and many of the professionals I coached and worked alongside. When performance reviews, promotion discussions, or interviews came around, people often struggled to articulate their impact—not because they lacked accomplishments, but because they hadn't captured them when they happened.
Too often, valuable achievements are forgotten, metrics are lost, and great work becomes difficult to communicate months later.
I wanted to create a simple system that helps professionals capture achievements as they happen and transform them into useful career assets such as STAR stories, interview answers, performance review content, and promotion evidence.
As I built the product, I realized the real problem wasn't documentation alone—it was articulation. People needed help connecting what they did to why it mattered. That insight led to features like the STAR Story Builder and Elevator Pitch tools.
EverUpward is still early, and this launch is primarily about learning. I'd love feedback on the product, the user experience, and what features would make this indispensable for your career growth.
