I’ve been building Ever Beyond for about six years. It started with me trying to make an idle game I’d personally enjoy, and over time I just kept adding systems, mechanics, and strategic elements that I thought made the game more interesting.
One thing that was important to me was supporting both ways of playing: you can actively manage things and make strategic decisions when you feel like it, but you can also leave the game idle and still make progress.
It’s grown into a much bigger project than I originally expected, and I’m really glad to finally release the latest version with all the systems in place. I hope you like it!
