Hey Product Hunt 👋… Max from Eventrise. We started this for independent organizers, people running conferences, festivals, classes, community stuff. Then venues slowly started turning up… clubs, music halls, bars, listening rooms, comedy rooms… (okay, message received!) With those venues in mind, we just shipped our biggest release yet. The stuff I'm happiest about, in no particular order… — You can ask buyers your own questions at checkout now. Meal choices, t-shirt sizes, accessibility needs, whatever you actually need to know. Ask once per order, or per ticket so two friends on one order don't blur into one person. Answers show up in your reports without you chasing anyone. — Pricing finally bends to the show instead of the other way around. A flat price, prices that climb as tickets sell, prices that change on dates you pick, name your price, or just free. — Everyone gets a public page with their full calendar on it, and you can pin a featured show to the top. If you run a venue, that's basically your whole season online in five minutes. — We rebuilt the event page around the show poster (usually the best marketing you have), and the "Get tickets" button never scrolls away. — Reserved seat maps. Draw any room, price every seat, and buyers watch the map live while they pick. Promo code prices show up right on the seats. And it's not gated behind some plan upgrade. — Guest checkout holds tickets on a timer while people pay, so fewer buyers wander off mid-checkout. — The dashboard opens to your upcoming shows with your real numbers up top, and you can duplicate events, because show #40 shouldn't take as long to set up as show #1. — Comped tickets are an actual workflow now (artist plus-ones, press, VIPs), not a spreadsheet you dread. — And for the tinkerers, a public API, a first-party MCP server so your AI assistant can work with your ticketing data directly, and Zapier in early access. As always, fees are right on the pricing page (5% plus standard Stripe processing), no contracts, your data exports free, and we never market to your buyers. Payout reports show the exact fee on every order, not an estimate. If you run shows, tell me what's missing. What would make this a no-brainer for your venue?

Comment highlights

The fact that there are fair fees on a platform this robust is a BIG deal for the ticketing industry. Plus, real human support, small business-friendly, really easy to use platform. 10/10 y’all
