I'm Tristan, the maker of EventAssets.
I built this after one too many weddings, birthdays, and corporate events where everyone's photos and videos ended up scattered across phones, group chats, and cloud drives — half of it never even shared, half of it silently expiring in some inbox.
EventAssets gives you one link where guests can:
- RSVP to your event
- Upload their own photos & videos straight from their phone, no app required
- Browse and download the shared gallery afterward
For hosts, it's a single dashboard to manage RSVPs, moderate the gallery, and share the final collection — without chasing down 30 different people for "the good photos."
A few things I'm proud of:
- No app install for guests — just a link, works on any phone
- Built-in RSVP flow alongside the media collection, so you're not juggling two tools
- Fast to set up — most people have an event live in under 2 minutes
And this is just the starting point. Media and RSVPs were the first problem to solve, but EventAssets is growing into a full event management platform — native mobile apps for hosts and guests are already in the works, alongside more tools for planning, communication, and running the event itself, not just collecting the memories afterward. Think of what you see today as the foundation, not the finished product.
