Event Schedule
Open source event calendar, ticketing and bookings
One page for everything you have on. Event Schedule gives venues, performers and communities a public calendar, free registration, bookable appointments and ticketing with QR check-in at the door. It takes no cut of ticket sales, so the money goes straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account. It's open source: self-host it with every feature unlocked, or use the hosted version, where the calendar and free registration cost nothing and paid ticketing is $5 a month.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Hillel, one of the makers of Event Schedule. We're the team behind Invoice Ninja.
We built Event Schedule to solve a simple problem: anyone who puts on events, whether that's a band 🎸, a venue, a yoga teacher 🧘 or a food truck 🌮, should have one good-looking page that shows where they'll be, without expensive software or a developer.
It has grown a lot since then. One schedule now gives you:
📅 A calendar page to share or embed, with recurring events and two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook and CalDAV
📝 Free registration, appointment booking and event requests from the public
🎟️ Ticketing with QR codes and a browser-based door scanner, plus promo codes, passes, gift cards and reserved seating
📬 Newsletters, plus an automatic email to your followers whenever you publish something new
✨ AI import: paste some text or a flyer image and get an event
Two things matter most to us:
💸 Zero platform fees. Ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account, and we never take a cut.
🔓 It's open source. The code we run is the code on GitHub, and a self-hosted install has every feature unlocked.
On the hosted version, the calendar, free registration and one appointment type are free forever, no card required. Selling paid tickets is the Pro plan at $5 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Enterprise ($15 a month) adds reserved seating, your own domain and team members.
I'd love to hear what's missing for the kind of events you run 🙏 Happy to answer anything here!
A couple of small edits beyond the emoji: "with no expiry" became "free forever" for punch, and "you can try it for 7 days first" became "with a 7-day free trial" (worth confirming the trial is actually free before posting).
