Hi everyone! I'm a Python developer and programming teacher, and I've used online stopwatches and timers for years - in class, for workouts, for Pomodoro sessions. Every one of them annoyed me with something: ads sitting on top of the clock, no keyboard shortcuts, a countdown that vanished after a page refresh, digits too small to read from across the room.
So I built my own. eTimer runs entirely in the browser: stopwatch with unlimited laps, countdown timer with alarm and presets, interval timer for Tabata/HIIT/EMOM, alarm clock, countdown to any date with holiday counters, and a world clock. Space starts and stops, L is lap, R is reset, F goes full screen. A running timer keeps counting after you close the tab. It works offline after the first visit and can be added to your home screen.
No frameworks: static pages generated by a Python script, plain HTML, CSS and JS, every page under 100 KB, hosted on Cloudflare for free.
I know it is not perfect. I'd love to hear what annoys you and what you'd change, especially on phones.
