Back in 2018, I built Voca.ai, the first voice-based AI agent for call centers. It was acquired by Snapchat in 2020, where I went on to lead Conversational AI.
My time at Snapchat showed me the incredible potential of AI to power conversations – and sparked the idea that the next leap would be making interactions feel even more natural, personal, and human. I began exploring how video could take AI communication further, creating a real sense of presence beyond just voice or text.

I'm thinking of like one avatar that does triage and then transfers you to different specialist agents based on the kind of assistance you need.
