Equil brings them together with an AI coach that actually adapts. Snap a photo of your meal to track calories and macros, see predicted glucose responses without wearing a CGM, and get daily nutrition and training targets that adjust to your sleep, HRV, and workouts.
The goal was simple: a coach that's proactive, not a tracker that just logs numbers and leaves the thinking to you.
It's built natively for iPhone and Apple Watch, and it speaks 12 languages.
