Making sense of customer interviews is sooo time-consuming. I was excited when AI meeting recording apps came out, as they streamlined the process significantly.
But you guys tailored it specifically for researchers, which is really nice. I wonder if it can also identify patterns in insights across multiple sessions and highlight the top 1, 2, 3 issues customers face? That would save me so much time.

From the information it's pulling from, what's the level of accuracy of the transcription?
As you import more calls, will the AI pick up on what's considered important for your specific context/business?
Congrats on launching! 🚀 Looks really interesting and definitely saves time not having to pull through customer videos and notes. A future feature that would be so useful is to be able to generate an email based on the call that can be used to send to the customer/client that also includes actions from the call.
This is so dope! This saves so much time for user feedback! I can see this being super helpful when it comes to customer service for large companies, would you consider doing this for audio calls too? It would be so cool is you could summarize a 1000 customer service calls and find out key pain points.
