The moment that triggered this: I was booking a trip and realized I had no idea whether my friend (different passport) needed a visa. We ended up with 4 tabs open: Google Flights, the embassy website, a visa checker tool, and a Reddit thread 2 years out of date. Too much friction for a decision made while comparing fares.
What EntryCheck does: You set your passport country once. Then every Google Flights search shows an inline badge next to the destination — visa-free, eTA required, or visa required — with processing time and cost estimates. The information is there when the flight price is there.
Why now: ETIAS (the EU's new travel authorization) is rolling out in 2025. Millions of travelers who've never needed pre-authorization for Europe will suddenly need one. EntryCheck catches that at the search stage, not at the airport.
