the overlay staying hidden during screen share is the part I can't get past. leveling the field against AI resume screening is a fair argument, but that specific design choice only makes sense if the interviewer isn't supposed to know it's there. genuinely curious how you think about the gap between what this helps with and what it looks like from the other side of the call.
