For a relatively new company that doesn't have a process in place to gather customer feedback, does enterpret provide tools to setup feedback flows as well?

Looks super neat! Really exciting to see a product that prioritizes + centralizes feedback all in one place! Being able to automate and scale customer feedback reports has always been really challenging so this seems like a great solution!

What an innovative product! What features of Enterpret make it stand out from other customer feedback solutions?

There is so much gold buried in raw customer feedback. Enterpret does all the hard work of synthesising and surfacing what's actually important.

We use Enterpret at Loom to get insights across all social, internal support tooling, public feedback boards, and more. It's magical! Couldn't recommend it enough to everyone who is running a product with lots of user sentiment/feedback all over the place. It's practically impossible to keep on top of the amount of noise in the world today about our products, and Enterpret helps make signal effortless.

That's actually a very good product though, especially for a company like us, a mid level company. As a founder of company I can't keep an eye on every customer pain points. I'm wondering how it can be integrated on social media?
