Find UK research jobs linked to Global Talent Visa funders
Most UK research job adverts don't say which grant funds the role. So Global Talent Visa (Route 3) candidates spend hours checking PIs, projects and grant databases by hand. Endorse reads university careers pages and matches research and technical roles to official funding records, across all 24 Russell Group universities. It's a first-pass discovery tool, not immigration advice.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Jayani, the maker of EndorsedLink.
I built this because I was searching for these jobs myself. I had to go through every university's careers page and every research organisation's careers page one by one, and it took so much time just to find the roles that might fit the endorsed funder route. So I thought: why not build one central portal that shows only these jobs, all in one place?
The problem: for the UK Global Talent Visa fast-track route (Route 3), a research or technical role usually needs to be linked to an endorsed funder. But job adverts rarely say which grant funds the position. Candidates end up checking the vacancy, the project, the PI and the funding database, for every single role.
I started with a small experiment covering only the University of Edinburgh. 29 people joined the beta, and the most common request was: "please cover more universities."
So EndorsedLink now covers research and technical vacancies across all 24 Russell Group universities. Next: every UK university and research organisation.
What makes it different:
→ It connects job adverts with official funding records, not just keywords
→ It includes technical roles, not only postdocs
→ It's honest about limits: it surfaces roles worth investigating, and doesn't claim visa eligibility
I'd love your help with two things:
1. If you're job-hunting on this route, tell me your field and I'll send you matched roles.
2. What would make this genuinely worth paying for?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
@jayani_bhatwadiya - this seems to solve an interesting problem regarding grant funding I never knew existed. Best of luck with the launch.
