Compare your HR roster with a vendor billing export to find former employees still being billed, unmatched records and possible duplicates. Works with workwear, mobile/SIM, parking/access, benefits and other employee-linked recurring costs. No account. No integration. Source files stay in your browser.
I originally built this to audit workwear billing, but while testing the idea I realized the underlying problem is broader.
Many recurring vendor costs are linked to employees, yet HR records and vendor records don’t always stay aligned when someone leaves.
So I turned it into a generic, browser-only reconciliation tool for workwear, mobile/SIM, parking/access, benefits and similar costs.
The files stay on your device — no account or integration required.
At this stage I’m especially interested in learning which use case is actually painful enough to matter. If you manage any employee-linked vendor spend, I’d love to hear how you handle this today.
