Hi everyone, I built emlaksun after watching real estate agents lose entire evenings to the same task: turning a folder of phone photos and a few scribbled notes into something worth sending to a buyer. Most gave up halfway and just forwarded the raw photos over WhatsApp. The property was fine — the way it was presented wasn't. emlaksun takes a property's details and produces three things at once: a shareable web presentation, a printable PDF, and social media visuals. Location context from Google Maps, area commentary and financial framing come as drafts; the agent edits them and publishes. The part I underestimated was land. Empty plots are the hardest thing to sell because there is nothing to photograph. We ended up importing the real parcel boundary from the land registry and generating concept visuals of what could be built on it — that turned out to be what agents talk about most. What changed along the way: I started out thinking this was a design problem. It wasn't. It was a "what do I even say about this property" problem. Most of the work went into the writing, not the layout. It's now available in English alongside Turkish. I'd genuinely like your feedback — especially from anyone working in real estate outside Turkey, since that version is brand new.
