Elyana is a cognitive AI architecture that reasons, remembers, imagines, learns and discovers before generating language. Instead of predicting text, Elyana builds internal understanding through memory, causal reasoning, world modeling and autonomous experimentation.

Hi everyone! 👋 Thanks for checking out Elyana. Elyana started with a question that kept bothering us: What if AI wasn't just predicting the next token, but was designed as a structured cognitive system with memory, reasoning, knowledge and continuous learning working together? While today's AI systems are incredibly capable, we felt there was room to explore a different direction—one where intelligence is built as a transparent architecture rather than a single black box. That idea became the foundation of Elyana. Over the past months, we've been designing and iterating on a modular cognitive architecture that brings together memory systems, reasoning, knowledge graphs, world models and scientific workflows into one evolving platform. Along the way, we rebuilt major parts of the architecture multiple times, benchmarked different approaches and documented our progress through whitepapers and research notes. Every iteration taught us something new. Our long-term vision goes beyond building another AI assistant. We're exploring what the future of Artificial Minds could look like—systems that are more explainable, modular and capable of supporting scientific discovery and human collaboration. This launch is just the beginning, and we'd genuinely love your feedback. Some questions we'd especially love your thoughts on: Which part of the platform interests you the most? If you could build one application on top of Elyana, what would it be? What capabilities do you think future AI systems are still missing? Thanks for taking the time to explore Elyana. We're excited to hear your ideas and answer any questions. 🚀

How does the "autonomous experimentation" piece actually work in practice - does it spin up its own sandboxed environment to test things, or is that happening more abstractly in its internal world model?

The world modeling piece is a really thoughtful detail, it sets Elyana apart from the usual "predict the next token" framing. Curious how the autonomous experimentation loop handles ambiguity in real time.

Who hunted Elyana?

Elyana was hunted by Tarun pratap singh. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
