EltaCrew TV Remote
Free phone remote for Samsung, LG, Sony & Google TV
TV Remote turns your Android phone into a remote for your smart TV. It finds TVs on the same Wi-Fi by itself and works with Samsung, LG, Sony BRAVIA, VIZIO, Android TV, Google TV and Chromecast, with no brand to pick. Press "Allow" or enter the code on the TV once and it reconnects after that. It also mirrors your phone screen, sends photos and videos to the TV, and lets you type into TV search with your phone keyboard. Free, no sign-up.
Hi Product Hunt! TV Remote is a free Android app that turns your phone into a remote for Samsung, LG, Sony, Android TV and Google TV.
The idea is one app for several TV brands: it finds the TV on the same Wi-Fi and connects without picking a brand. The first time you press "Allow" or enter the number shown on the TV, and after that it reconnects on its own.
Besides the D-pad, swipe pad, volume and channel keys, it can mirror your phone screen to the TV, send photos and videos from your phone, and let you type into the TV search box with your phone keyboard. You can also change the TV volume with your phone's volume buttons.
If your TV model doesn't connect, tell me the model in the comments and I'll look into it.
