Elmapi is a self-hosted headless CMS. You run it on your own server, model content in the dashboard, and ship it to any frontend through a REST API and JS SDK.
What is new in 4.0
Authentication for your frontend
Add signup, sign-in, refresh, logout, identity JWTs, optional email verification, and user API keys to your Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, or mobile apps.
Content versioning
Save a draft on a published entry without changing the live API. Save & Publish creates an immutable snapshot. Preview, revert, and discard drafts when you need to.
Frontend templates
9 templates right now across Next.js, Nuxt, and Astro (agency, membership, storefront, SaaS, restaurant, docs, starters, and more). Each ships with an importable Elmapi project package. New templates land every week, and the full catalog is included with your purchase.
Also in this release: portable project/collection packages, asset library upgrades, Laravel 13, bulk publish/unpublish, webhook REST API, themes, and MCP setup.
Elmapi also includes a built-in AI assistant, localization, multi-project support with roles, webhooks, and S3-compatible storage.
