Ellam Notes – WhatsApp link saver
Forward any link. It's saved. Find it anytime. No app needed
Most of us already save links by forwarding them to ourselves on WhatsApp, and never find them again. Ellam Notes makes that habit actually work. Forward any link to the Ellam Notes number and it's saved automatically, with its title, description and thumbnail. Send "list" to get a searchable page of everything you've saved. Reply "delete" to any saved link to remove it. Works with articles, reels, videos, products and more. No app to install, no signup, no folders.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
"Ellam" means "everything" in Tamil.
My read-later system was forwarding links to myself on WhatsApp: reels, recipes, articles, Amazon finds. I never went back to any of them, because scrolling through that chat was hopeless.
So I built Ellam Notes around the habit I already had:
- Forward any link → it's saved with title and thumbnail
- Send "list" → get a searchable page of everything
- Reply "delete" to a saved link → it's gone
No app, no signup. Your list lives at a private link that only you get.
To try it, send "Hi" to +91 99946 35526 on WhatsApp.
It's early, and some sites don't preview perfectly yet. I'd love to know:
– Which links break?
– What would make you actually revisit what you've saved?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
