I built ElevenSense because I train alone a lot, and every reaction/agility drill I found online needed a partner, cones, or a coach feeding you random cues. I wanted something I could just prop against a wall or a bag, hit start, and go — no setup, no gear.
ElevenSense uses your phone's camera to read your movement in real time (on-device, nothing streamed anywhere) and gives you a stimulus — a direction, a color, a defender closing in — that you have to react to correctly and fast. It tracks your reaction time, accuracy, and streaks over time, and it's built to feel as effortless to start as filming a TikTok: one tap, no wearables.
It started as just a reflex drill and grew from field-testing with real sessions — cuts, first-touch judged off ball tracking, a defender you have to shake, feints. iOS is live today, Android is next.
