I have worked over a year on Electryion, a team of 6 AI employees (email assistant, recruiter, social media, lead gen, tenders, requirements) for small businesses and solo founders.
Now imagine this: you wake up, open the dashboard, and the work is already done. Your inbox was sorted overnight, reply drafts are waiting for your review (nothing ever auto-sends), the recruiter found new candidates matching your search and prepared outreach messages, and each employee can post a morning standup of what it did.
When I first came up with the idea, I honestly thought I'd have it finished quickly. I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm a solo developer, and building something of this scale took more than a year. I completely underestimated how much work it would be. But I built it to solve problems I face myself, so it's something I use every day, and it's by far the biggest thing I've ever built.
A more unusual example of what's inside: one agent rewrites vague dev tickets into EARS syntax ("When X, the system shall Y") and syncs them back into Jira and Linear.
