What organization doesn’t want to know what their customers think of them or better yet if they would recommend them to a friend? We didn’t create the Net Promotor Score framework, but focused on how can it be improved and democratized.
My co-founder Anoop and I spent the past decade learning and teaching various business frameworks in the Ivy-League — first at Harvard as students, and then taught at Wharton and Cornell as professors. Our mission is to bring these fundamental frameworks to everyone, not just to the enterprises who can afford McKinsey and Bain. The NPS is such a simple tool for any business to have. That is why we have brought the first of those to you through Eisengard’s NPS Template.
Eisengard is a tool which allows you to build beautiful and complex dashboards as easy as Power Point, in a no-code way to leverage powerful tools including machine learning prediction models & regressions without needing to be a data scientist.

I don't think most users are that loyal but probably go with the app that resonates with them the most at the time of their purchase.
